1. The Promoters of the competition are: Juniper Property Holdings No.15 Pty Ltd ACN 099 125 274 (Receivers and Managers Appointed) (“Juniper”) and TEAM 18 PTY LTD ACN: 602 835 950 (“Team 18′) who have supplied the prize.
2. Employees of Juniper and Team !8 or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
3. To enter the competition you must make a purchase at any of the participating Soul Boardwalk retailers, complete the entry form and enter into the designated competition entry box, along with a copy of proof of purchase or receipt.
4. Closing date for entry will be Sunday 20 November 2016 at 5pm with the winner being drawn on Monday 21 November 2016. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
5. The prize includes a Hot Lap with Team 18 to the value of $1500.00. Conditions of Invitation Acceptance: Participants must be over 18 years of age, Under 185.5cm and 100kgs in weight; Due to the circuit insurance conditions no children under 18 can attend. Clothing should include long-sleeved shirts, trousers and fully covered footwear such as trainers or ankle boots. No sandals or high-heeled shoes. This invitation is non-transferable and is intended for the winner only. A valid Australian driving licence must be presented at registration. L and P plate drivers cannot take part in driving activities.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The promoters reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
8. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
9. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
10. The winner will be notified by Phone or email within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
11. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
12. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and agrees to be added to the subscription data base for marketing promotions and newsletters.
14. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australia law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
15. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
16. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
