This time we meet Kim, the Restaurant Manager from Hurricane’s Grill & Bar Surfers Paradise, part of the team delivering the warm hospitality the restaurant is known for.
An iconic dining favourite on the Gold Coast since 2013, Hurricane’s Grill & Bar is famous for its flame grilled ribs and premium beef steaks. The restaurant has recently been refreshed with a stunning interior designed by award winning designers Luchetti Krelle, inspired by the relaxed elegance of the coast.
With locally crafted wooden finishes, hand crafted tiles and wraparound windows that open out to capture the ocean views, the venue creates a welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy a memorable dining experience.
The menu features premium Australian steaks, fresh local seafood and Mediterranean inspired starters, alongside the signature dishes Hurricane’s is known for.
Their flame grilled ribs remain a crowd favourite, while steak lovers can enjoy premium cuts including the impressive 1.7kg tomahawk and 1kg T bone, all carefully selected with nothing below MS3 quality.
A highlight for steak enthusiasts is Hurricane’s dry aged steak program, where select cuts are aged for six weeks to create exceptional tenderness and depth of flavour.
The drinks list is equally impressive, featuring tropical cocktails, dessert cocktails, mocktails, tap beers, local wines and spirits.
